AviNex

Platform

One flight record, shared by operations and crew.

AviNex has three working environments that share the same flight data: a crew app for the flight deck, a cabin app for cabin crew, and a web console for operations and administration.

Operational flight plans are received in ARINC 633 format from your flight planning system.
Release
Operations control decides when a flight is available, for information only, dispatched or withdrawn.

Flight crew and cabin crew download what they need and work offline.

Acceptance, flight log, RVSM entries, fuel records and cabin reports sync back when a connection is available.

Flight lifecycle

The flight lifecycle

Every stage of the flight is recorded in the same place.

  1. Dispatch

Operations control receives the OFP and releases the flight to the crew — or makes it available for information only. A released flight can still be withdrawn.

  2. Pre-flight

The crew downloads the flight package and reviews the OFP, station weather and NOTAMs, airport charts and flight documents. Priority notices are read before the EFB opens.

  3. Acceptance

The captain accepts the flight with a signature, or declines it with a reason so operations can redispatch. The METAR and TAF current at acceptance are recorded in the flight history.

  4. In flight

Record OUT, OFF, ON and IN times, actual times over waypoints, direct-tos, fuel and RVSM altimeter checks — with or without a connection.

  5. Post-flight

Completion checks flag missing entries, the flight is completed with a signature, and AviNex builds a completed flight report package for the operation.
