Cabin duty

How a cabin duty runs

  1. Plan

In the Operations Console, cabin operations creates the duty with its flight legs and assigns crew to cabin positions.

  2. Download

Crew see their assigned operations by date and download the duty pack, with progress shown on each card.

  3. Accept and prepare

The purser accepts the duty and completes duty preparation.

  4. Work the checklists

Operational checklists built from your templates, with a remark on any item.

  5. Passengers

The passenger list with cabin class and special service requests, and detail for each passenger.

  6. Occurrences

Log and review cabin occurrences using your occurrence types.

  7. Crew evaluation

Score cabin crew, with filled count and average.

  8. Close out

Complete the duty and close it out. The operation history is available in the console.

Control where it matters

  • The Cabin tab appears only for users with cabin permission.
  • Only the active purser can change operation details.
  • Checklist templates are managed centrally by administrators.

Works offline

Once the duty pack is downloaded, checklist and occurrence work continues without a connection.
